TDF Reconnect Taitung: Three Days Testing Whether Nomads Can Stay

Twenty international and Taiwanese digital nomads returned to Taitung for three days in August 2026, crossing the East Rift Valley, the South-link Coast and Taitung Expo. The itinerary worked by subtraction: one deep experience a day, village walks run by the community with the fees staying there. Two independent samples in our annual report both named Taitung the place nomads most want to go. This trip took that finding into the field.
