Organizational Structure and Division of Roles of the Taiwan Digital Nomad Association

The organizational structure of the Taiwan Digital Nomad Association is composed of a nonprofit group of digital nomads, remote workers, or freelancers. Its mission is to provide resources, build networks, and advocate for related policies for digital nomads.
The organizational structure is outlined as follows :

1.　Board of Directors

◤ Making decisions on major matters of the association.
◤ Elected by members, responsible for leading and overseeing the association’s operations.

2.　Chairperson

◤ Leads the association and represents its image externally.
◤ Guides and supervises the work of all departments.
◤ Responsible for daily management and decision-making of the association.

3.　Secretariat

◤ Handles administrative management, documentation, and internal communication for the association.
◤ Assists the Chairperson and Board of Directors in implementing decisions.
◤ Supports departmental operations and ensures the smooth functioning of the association.

４.　Events and Education Department

◤ Plans and organizes various events such as lectures, networking sessions, and seminars.
◤ Promotes courses to enhance members’ learning and skills development.
◤ Organizes training sessions, workshops, and networking activities.

５.　Policy Advocacy and Initiatives Department

◤ Researches and advocates for policies related to digital nomads.
◤ Establishes connections with government and other institutions to secure policy support.
◤ Initiates or participates in regulatory amendments and policy-making advocacy efforts.

６.　Membership Services Department

◤ Provides support services and consultation for members.
◤ Manages member benefits and handles membership-related matters.
◤ Develops membership systems to increase member engagement.

７.　Digital and Technology Projects Department

◤ Manages the association’s digital resources and online platforms.
◤ Maintains the website and online communities, ensuring technical stability.
◤ Provides technical support for online events, virtual office platforms, and more.

８.　Finance and Fundraising Department

◤ Manages the association’s finances, budgeting, and accounting.
◤ Collects membership fees and oversees funding sources.
◤ Secures sponsorships and fundraising activities to ensure financial stability for the association.
